Last Saturday was the Cub Scout Pinewood Derby. Bryan helped Carter and Myles each make and paint a car to race. They each won at least one heat, but didn't win the grand prize. At least they got a tase of victory and had fun.

I remember the Pinewood Derby when Bryan did it. We went to watch the races and it was fun to see all the different cars.
In wood shop in 7th grade, we had to make and design our own wooden cars, then we put a cartridge in the back, hit it with a hammer, and it would race down the hallway. I thought making a car was boring, so I made a bathtub on wheels instead. It wasn't very aerodynamic, but it sure was fun to watch!
